Pinnacle Hardscape
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
Pinnacle Hardscape ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our consultation form, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, project type, and any project details you share. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
- To prepare estimates and communicate with you about your project.
- To keep records of our work and client relationships.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your form submission is delivered to us through our website host and form provider, Netlify, which processes it on our behalf. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone or SMS text about your project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by telling us directly.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain normal business records, then dispose of it securely.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address. Our host, Netlify, may process standard server logs (including IP address) and set an essential cookie strictly to operate and secure the site. We do not use your form submissions for advertising.
Security
The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS (TLS), so information you submit is transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.
Your privacy rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of its sale or sharing — though we do not sell or share personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
