Pinnacle Hardscape
Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Pinnacle Hardscape ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") to our clients ("you"). By requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Estimates & proposals
Written estimates describe the agreed scope, materials, and price for a project. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to scope requested after work begins may affect the price and timeline and will be confirmed in writing before we proceed.
2. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are set out in your project proposal. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work unless a written agreement states otherwise. Balances remain payable for work completed to specification.
3. Our satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our "100% satisfaction" commitment means that if a completed element of your project does not meet the agreed specification or shows a genuine defect in our workmanship, we will return and correct it at no additional labor cost to you.
What the guarantee is — and isn't. The guarantee covers legitimate workmanship or specification issues raised in good faith. It is not a right to receive work for free, to withhold payment for satisfactorily completed work, or to demand refunds or re-work without a reasonable, identifiable cause. Requests must describe a specific issue so we have a fair opportunity to inspect and remedy it.
The guarantee does not cover: normal wear, settling, or weathering; damage caused by others, by misuse, or by acts of nature; changes you request after completion; or issues arising from conditions outside our documented scope (for example, pre-existing drainage or soil conditions we were not engaged to address).
4. Workmanship warranty
Unless your proposal states otherwise, we warrant our installation workmanship for one (1) year from substantial completion. Manufactured materials (pavers, turf, fixtures) carry their manufacturer's own warranty, which we will pass through to you.
5. Site access & conditions
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation, or structures. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked private lines.
6. Scheduling & delays
We work to agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by weather, material availability, permitting, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Licensing
Pinnacle Hardscape is licensed and insured in the State of Arizona under Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC #356128. Proof of licensing and insurance is available on request.
